Laura Hickli is a baroque pop queen, and Calgary is very lucky to have her.   A mental health advocate Laura's songs are deeply intimate and expressive.  You can float away in the cosmos of emotion she weaves while listening live or at home.  Hickli's release, "Dark Secrets" explores the grief that resulted from a near death experience, and the recovery from the trauma of both body and mind.  It is a brave exploration, which has fed a powerful body of work.  We collaborated on the album art for both this record, and the prior "Both Feet in the World, At Least I Can Stand", as well as the single "Listen".  It is always an honour to work with this exceptional artist.  Visit Laura at: https://laurahickli.bandcamp.com/
